We are excited to Feature a phenomenal Artist Shelia Elahee who specializes in custom balloon design in the Los Angeles area. Her creations can really enhance your special event with her memorable designs. Her creations make for perfect backdrops to take photos.

Shelia was first inspired to begin her business in the Fall of 2021.

She loves celebrating her friends and family and would start enhancing their special events with her unique designs. The attendees would always give her works high praise and they were always suggesting that she create a business because of her talent and knack for design.

"When one of my good friends turned 70, I wanted to do something special and unique.  I would see all of these creative ideas people were doing with balloons on Instagram,  so I started watching videos on balloon making.

From there I ordered some balloons and started Balloons by SheliaE"

 



Sheila enjoys customizing her designs specifically to her client's needs.

The Ceiling to floor "Flow" design is amazing.

Smaller designs are also available like this "Mini Garland"- perfect for tables or centerpieces.
