Deborah Diaz a Member and contributer to ITS ALL ARTS enjoys cooking at home and shares with us a couple of dishes that include Asparagus as part of its sides.
The above dish is Chipotle Chicken (Homemade Sauce), with mixed veggies that include Asparagus, Mushrooms, and Zucchini Squash, Corn on the Cobb and fried Plantains to complete the meal.
The second dish is Caribbean influenced consisting of Pan Seared Salmon with Shrimp, Black Beans and Rice, and a great vegetable mix combining Bok Choy, Bacon and once again Asparagus. Deborah enjoys mixing a variety of veggies together and makes it work each time.
Once again we're appreciative for her contributions to ITS ALL ARTS and this segment of the platform.
