Admiral Dawson soon realizes his fleet faces an enemy more formidable and coordinated than any surface threat he has ever encountered.
Complicating the fragile situation is an unexpected guest aboard the Nautilus Ascendant. During an engagement with the Aerynians, Dawson’s crew rescues a young female Aerynian who had been found clinging to the wreckage of one of their downed attack crafts.
