What ways work best for you to keep you creating and keeping healthy?

The greatest connection to both is being around the RIGHT PEOPLE....What I mean about "right people" especially when it comes to the creative side of things. That our senses must be stimulated. Its the person who cuts us off, the elderly lady that smiles, the dog thats trotting with its owner, our favorite food and fragrance, a sincere hug, the kooky characters on Venice Beach, or the sun on the horizon. All of these things stimulate even arouse our senses.
Our frequency has been elevated. Once that happens, we are in a new space. There's a balance, a harmony that has been reached. Our body is now aligned with the Balance/Harmony we have experienced. Which plays on our mental/physical state.

Now, onto answering your question. Meditation I have found to be EXCELLENT when it comes to maintaining and improving one's health and creativity. Yoga also is good. Along with Juicing, subtle changes in eating habits and eliminating stress.

I fully and truly agree about keeping the right company! I constantly try and keep positive motivated folk around to keep the energy going smooth.

What exactly or how do you meditate? do you do it at home or do you go and find a quiet spot at a park or someplace quiet? what exactly does meditation entail? I just checked out a book from my library on the topic so i'll be sharing what i get from it!

The Best thing about this path is that there isn't a wrong way to do something. If it feels right, then its right. Meditation is connecting the Mental, Physical and Spiritual Bodies. Meditation can be performed anywhere at anytime. It can be performed as a mantra, a positive thought or a breathing technique.
I choose to do whichever technique resonates with me.

Meditation for me usually takes place at home, blinds closed, candles lit, Wellness Music playing in the background. Me lying/sitting on the floor relaxing every muscle in my body and allowing my mind to be clear as a blank page. Then I start to concentrate on my breathing. Feeling every clean inhale fill my lungs and every exhale releases every tension, every negative thought/feeling and every pain.
I can also meditate in the car at the store, at work anywhere. I can meditate for 5 minutes or even 90 minutes. It all depends on what I have going on or what I'm meditating for.

I view mediation as a vehicle to rid my physical/esoteric body of all that's not conducive to my growth as a Loving Vessel. Meditation much like every thing else takes time to get use to. You may need to start out with meditating for ten minutes. Then working your way up to a half hour, then so on and so on.

Look at the word MEDIATION. it has the word ME and MEDI. taking time out for ME. Naturally MEDIcating myself.
