Whether you're from out of town or a local trying to catch the vibe of the city, Los Angeles is truly a Mecca as far as things to do and check out. The weather is fair most of the year as we all know making it one of the perfect cities to spend the day exploring. Here's a few suggestions on some things to do and see when you're in L.A.
1). OLVERA STREET

A must see historical spot. This is one of the few places in the city where you can say people from all over the world have walked Olvera Street. It's a favorite for sure for school field trips as you'll see quite a few students chaparoned by their teachers during the week, and everyone -and I mean Everyone from what seems like everywhere is on Olvera Street on the weekends. 2). FLOWER MART

If you want to purchase fresh flowers BEFORE they hit all of the flower shops across the city, then it might be worth it to pay a visit at the crack of dawn to Flower Mart. They sell wholesale and to the public at amazing prices. The variety of what you can get is overwhelming. Even if you're just window shopping, the beauty of this place will no doubt inspire you heavily. Just go see it for yourself!

3). LABREA TAR PITS

One of the most Intriguing attractions to visit in Los Angeles. Natural Tar Pits bubble under LaBrea and Wilshire as they have for centuries. During the days of prehistoric times, a number of land animals would actually get stuck in the tar-mistaking the pit to be water filled. The Tar pits are just one of the many things to see here. LUNCH SUGGESTIONS: TITO'S TACOS OR VERSAILLES CUBAN RESTAURANT
We consider both of these popular spots a must visit. Tito's always has people willing to wait in long (but quick) lines for their delicious food. The menu is small but the items are good portions and their homeade salsa -people always seem to ask for extra. CHECK OUT TITO'S TACOS


At VERSAILLES you'll truly enjoy the flavors of CUBA and for sure you'll want to have their signature 1/2 Chicken which is just fantastic. Entree's are served with black bean and rice and sweet plantains. You can also try some traditional Cuban Beverages and desserts. CHECK OUT THE MENU

4)PICK A BEACH

You can't really go wrong with any of our Beaches here. Venice Beach is the Mecca of course, but dont forget about Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, Dana Point, (where we shot the pic of the surfer) just to name a few.

5). EVENTS AT THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL

This Amazing Venue plays host to many concerts and performances all year long. Grab your friends and pack up your favorite snacks and beverages and enjoy one of the BEST EXPERIENCES L.A. has to offer! These shots were taken at the Annual Playboy Jazz Festival-one of the most popular events as the summer kicks off.

6). LONG BEACH, CA
You will definitely want to make a visit to LONG BEACH,CA. THE QUEEN MARY and THE AQUARIUM OF THE PACIFIC are the Star Attractions here and the Downtown Area has some great Restaurants.
