Sometimes life with its twists and turns and ups and downs can seem a bit daunting for us at times, but I noticed that finding and pursuing something that might seem interesting could turn into a pleasant hobby or a passion, or even a career! Stepping out of your comfort zone sometimes is the best way to grow.

Palm Springs Air Museum

"I always thought my only passion was drawing." It was always my thing since I picked up my first crayon. It's what I always did. I put myself in a bubble of drawing. It was great. Drawing helped me develop a lot of patience for a lot of things. I would say roughly 15 years ago my interests began expanding into photography which always seemed a bit technical to me- but I began seeing things I life that I wanted to capture.I was back in a formal learning environment and quickly realized that the days of picking one art/design subject were over and that today's Artists need to be proficient in a number of mediums as everything is now digital in nature.

I quickly became immersed in a number of studies that would increase my Artistic Arsenal. Learning about Film (the making process) surprised me the most. I thought I would hate it because of the extremely long hours...but I'd learn that they'd be some of the best hours of my life,and seeing the end result (if you're happy with it) is the best part.
BEING ON LOCATION


Ask anyone in Television or Film what they like the most about what they do and "Being on Location" may be at the top of their list.

There's a lot of work "In the Trenches" behind the scenes- often with numerous takes. 

On a Post Production Project in Santa Monica ,CA

I personally love it. Having an interesting or exotic backdrop to tell a story is great.
