As the title implies, Meditation can take on many different forms based on the individual. Relaxing and breathing for some,others may prefer vigorous physical exersion to calm their mind or otherwise reeboot. Writing or listening or immersing one's self in the presence of nature could be another. Whatever moves you to relax. Do that. If it brings Peace to your soul even if briefly- cherish it.
