DUNE BUGGIES IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

This is by far one of the best excursions to do in the DR. It gives you a great chance to see the local life up close and personal as you drive your very own Dune Buggy through the gritty environment which includes dirt, sand, mud, and pavement. If you're fortunate enough to do this on a rainy day get ready for pure muddy excitement. Many different tour operators for this excursion-but I prefer Adventure Boogies. 4-6 hours total time about $60-75 per person and includes a trip to Macao Beach and a Cocoa Farm / Cave.

One of your stops might include a visit to one of the many  cave systems in the area. You'll have a chance to walk into the caves and even enjoy a refreshing splashdown should you decide to take a jump into the water.
